Shipping & Handling


  • All orders in the continental USA over $399.00 get free shipping (USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx). Some products may not qualify for free shipping or a flat-rate shipping. Products that do not qualify for free shipping or flat-rate shipping will be marked as such.
  • All flat rate shipments are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx, depending on the region. Flat rate shipments are only available within the continental USA. A surcharge of $19 applies to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO shipments.
  • All international orders will ship for a flat rate of $79.99.
  • Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
  • UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping carriers in Continental United States and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.

  • All returns must be approved and must have a RMA # attached. Products from different manufacturers, if approved, go back to different cities within the US. An RMA # and a correct return address will be provided upon approval of your return.
  • All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • We accept returns for refund postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
  • Damages must be reported within five (3) days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Upon receipt of return and inspection, refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit (valid for use on

  • Original and return shipping is non refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 – 15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method.
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
