The Samsung SCB-2001 High-resolution Low Light Camera with a 1/3" Super HAD CCD image sensor delivers high-quality imagery at a resolution up to 600TVL in color, and up to 700TVL in B&W. Featuring a minimum illumination of 0.05lux at f/1.2 for color imaging, the camera is suitable for nighttime surveillance.
With A1 DSP chipset, the camera features integrated IR cut-filter (ICR) to produce accurate color video for true daylight performance, and can switch from color to a sensitive B&W mode for night surveillance. The camera allows remote setup and remote control via RS-485 and coaxial control compatibility (SEC), offering ease of installation and remote adjustment in real time.
Backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when an object being captured is in front of a bright light, and automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level. Auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals in the MWB mode by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Digital noise reduction with 3D+2D filter digitally corrects video noise that could cause blurring or distortion in the images by minimizing the signal-to-noise ratio penalties.
Using DIS (Digital Image Stabilization), the SCB-2001 camera digitally compensates for any shake commonly caused by wind, and reduces vibrations in the picture, thus saving storage space. The low light camera with XDR (eXtended Dynamic Range) delivers clear images in high-contrast light conditions. Privacy masking with 12 programmable zones is used to mask specific portions of a scene for security and privacy reasons. The multi-language OSD (On-screen Display) offers intuitive and convenient interface for easy operation, and PIP (Picture-in-picture) feature can display 2 images simultaneously.
